How These Options Differ
When I was choosing CNOR resources I wanted one honest map instead of ten sales pages, so here it is. These are different formats for different study styles, not a better-or-worse ranking — I name each one only to compare it. Zander runs an instructor-led review course: structured, taught, calendar-driven. Pocket Prep is a question app you drill on your phone. Quizlet is flashcards — fast recall on terms and definitions. And this site is free on-site clinical-vignette practice plus the app. Most people who pass combine one paid resource with daily free drilling; the table below sorts out which tool does what job.

Choosing
Which Fits Your Study Plan
Here is how I'd choose. If you study best on a set schedule with someone teaching, a paid course like Zander gives you that spine — book it about three months out and let it pace you. If you already have solid OR judgment and just need reps, an app like Pocket Prep or this site's free practice test turns spare ten-minute gaps into progress. Use Quizlet for pure term recall, not for the reasoning the vignettes demand. Most passing plans I've seen pair one paid resource with free daily drilling. The single most important move: start the free practice test today to find your weak domains, then aim your paid hours straight at them.
